Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
2 cups salsa
Salt & pepper to taste
Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with salsa. Cook on high
for 4 hours. Remove and shred with a
fork.
Recipes don’t get much easier than this. Set it and forget it! The chicken was very
moist and had a good flavor. Would be wonderful paired with the Mexican
chopped salad!
