Weight Watchers tortilla roll-ups

Review by Lyndee:
One thing I love about the holiday parties are appetizers.  Who needs a main course when you can stand next to the finger foods and munch all night? I’ve been searching for one that I can take to parties that won’t break the bank or the waistline.  The great thing about these roll-ups?  No one will suspect they are reduced fat or calorie because they taste awesome!

Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese softened
3 tbsp our salsa
1/2 cup Mexican Style Cheese
1/4 tsp. chili powder
4 (6 inch) flour tortillas

Mix cream cheese, chili powder and salsa; spread onto tortillas. Top with shredded cheese.

Roll up tortillas tightly. Cut each crosswise into 5 slices.

I added a few dashes of hot sauce to kick up the flavor, which was excellent.  Next time I will use a fat free cream cheese and possibly add some diced grilled chicken breast.  You could also use a carb friendly tortilla.
