Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 green onions, sliced
salt, pepper and cayenne to taste (optional)
Directions
Mix everything and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to allow
the flavors to meld. Enjoy scooping with
potato chips.
This dip is super easy to make and surprisingly, does taste like a
loaded baked potato. I served it with
wavy chips as directed but I think it would be really good with club crackers
too. Cut back on some of the fat by
using reduced fat shredded cheese and light sour cream.
