1 C. white sugar
1 tsp baking soda in ¼ C. hot water
½ C. shortening
2 Tbsp. sweet milk
1 ½ C. flour
2 bananas, mashed
Combine all ingredients, adding bananas last. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
