Great use for leftover turkey

Review by Lyndee:
Let’s say Thanksgiving rolls around and you are left with a few pounds of turkey sitting in the fridge.  It’s easy to get turkeyed out after eating it for a few days in a row, especially once all the other side dishes have disappeared.  This is a quick and easy alternative for leftover thanksgiving turkey. Or if you have chicken you need to use up, this works great too.

Turkey (or chicken)
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Shred the meat with a fork and put in the crockpot.  Add the cans of soup, salt, pepper and a little garlic or onion powder.  You can also add a ½ cup of water if you have a lot of meat.  I used some of the juice in my pan after cooking the chicken.  Stir and cook on low for four hours.  Eat as a sandwich or over some mashed potatoes. It’s like chicken and noodles without the noodles.
