I wanted to make cookies Wednesday night, knowing I was probably going
to be snowed in from the blizzard on Thursday.
I had some peppermint kiss candies on hand and so all I needed was a
tube of sugar cookie mix. Making these couldn’t
be easier.
Roll sugar cookie dough into small balls and set in a mini muffin tin.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. While
baking, unwrap 48 kisses.
Remove the
cookies from the oven and stick a kiss upside down in the cookie. Let cool for a few minutes and remove from
tin, placing on wax paper. Repeat.
Cheap, super easy and they turned out really delicious.
