While experimenting with my new UV Cake Vodka that I received from my hubby as a Christmas present, I came up with such a wonderful concoction, and so very simple! Here's what you need
(UV CAKE Vodka -- 1 shot)

(1 glass of Crystal Light mixed lemonade)

Delicious beverage that tastes like you're eating a lemon meringue pie. However, you don't have all the calories! But, after a few of these, you do feel quite "happy", and you don't have that guilty feeling you have when you eat half a lemon meringue pie!
