Super Soapy Play Dough

Review by Rachael:

What you will need:
2 cups flour
½ cup salt
1 Tbs. liquid soap
6-8 drops of food coloring
Water

How to make it:
-Mix flour, salt, liquid soap & food coloring together in a small bowl.
-Slowly add water until a workable dough is formed. The amount of water will vary depending on the brand of liquid soap used.
-If the dough becomes too sticky, add a little more flour.
-Mold with Super Soapy Dough like you would any other type of dough or clay.

Project Tip & Idea:
Add a little color to your Super Soapy Dough by adding 4-6 drop of food coloring to the ingredients before mixing.

We took turns adding the ingredients to the bowl. The instructions call for a small bowl – I would personally use a large bowl so that you have room to stir everything around without too big of a mess. This recipe is very easy! It does take some time to get the consistency just right but be patient because it can be done.

Our biggest issue was what color we should make it. After we agreed on that we were good to go! We split up the dough five ways so everyone had some to play with. When we were done with it we wrapped it in saran wrap and put it in the fridge. We will see if it holds up over time or if it’s a make & play with it for one day only kind of dough.
