BBQ ribs in the crockpot

Review by Lyndee:

1 pound boneless pork ribs
Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
Pork Rub (I used Famous Dave’s but any would do)
Hickory smoke (optional) 

Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of crockpot. Set ribs inside and pour pork rub over them. Be generous.  Give a few dashes of pepper and hickory smoke as well.  Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs until nearly covered.  Cook in crockpot on low for 6 hours. 

I cooked mine for 8 and they were a little over done. The boys still devoured them because they love ribs but they were too dry for me. I think 6 hours would be better. Also, I forgot to sprinkle some brown sugar on them before I added the barbeque sauce.
