You can’t really whip up a
Thanksgiving feast without having some sort of desert, right? We had our hands pretty full so we didn’t do
a traditional pie or anything crazy but we decided to make a super easy cherry
cheesecake dip for everyone to enjoy.
1 pack softened cream cheese (I used reduced fat)
½ jar marshmallow fluff
1 small cool whip (I used light)
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box of graham crackers
Mix cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Spread in pie pan.
Cover with cherry pie filling (or any flavor
you wanted really). Serve with graham
crackers.
This was a great sweat treat! I put ours in the refrigerator for an
hour before we ate it and I think that helped with the texture and let the
flavors meld together a bit. Emma and
Jackson loved this. And Miss Emma was a
big helper cleaning out the fluff jar.
If you wanted to make this even lighter you could opt for fat free cool whip and cream cheese and add one splenda packet for sweetness.
