Pancakes on the weekend are a staple for our family. The kids wake up on Saturday morning and know they get pancakes. And, then we usually have them for breakfast again on Sunday. The problem with making pancakes is making up that pancake batter and getting out all the measuring devices and bowls and whisks and having a pile of dishes to do afterwards. That fun job usually is one that gets handed to lucky ol' me!! (**sad face**)
Don't fret, my pet!! Here at TT123 we have a solution for you. You could easily have pancakes every day with this little tip. You'll need a pitcher and a big, empty ketchup dispenser.
Whisk up a great, big, ol' batch of pancake batter -- enough to fill that pitcher. Once mixed, pour the batter from the pitcher into the ketchup container.
Then, just squirt what you need onto the pan or grill, and place the rest of the pancake batter in the fridge using your trusty ketchup/batter storage, and you're ready for easy pancakes the next morning.
Oh, and of course, you can't forget the chocolate chips!! Is there any other way to eat a pancake really????
